I ordered 2 sample skin care products from an ad boosting 4.95  I did not see that it would charge an ongoing fee if you do not opt out within 14 days.  upon seeing that my account had been charged 89.95 and 85.95 on the same day, I phoned them right away and they continued to argue that i agreed to this since i did not opt out within the 14 days.  I said that was not advertised like or as big as the 4.95 sample was.  After consulting with a supervisor they would only refund 50%, when i read my email that they sent today, they only refunded 50% of the 85.95. The did not refund 50% of both charges.  This company seems to pray on folks who did not read the fine print nor are they interested in customer service.  I feel totally Ripped off!
