Eyemasters ripoff Takes the money and RUNS Cool Springs Mall Tennessee

This company is a "Rip-Off".... In MY opinion when I purchase a medical appointment the results are for my use....A.K.A. when I need a set of contacts, in and emergency situation, I expect that the appointment..... that I paid for, is my information to use as I need....

Wrong....Acording to Eyemasters I have no right to the information about my body........ I have no right to my perscription.... and after they recieve their money... 30, 60, 90 days later, they expect you to pay for an appointment again before they will release a persons "Personal Medical Record" to a company that will sell contacts to an individual on the internet.

Let me state what Happened...... I am a Truck Driver, an I do not have alot of oppertunity to be at home. I had an emergency situation where I needed to see.... A.K.A. SEE as in "Look at the WORLD" as to have vision.. I had one (1) DAY to get a new set of contacts.. When I dropped in on Eyemasters (where I had my last optical evaluation) I was told that I was not longer "A Concern' for them and if I wanted to get another pair of contacts I could secdule an appointment for the day or too..............!!!!

I was in an EMERGENCY SITUATIOM.......... And they were asking for more money before they would give me my perscription!!

I asked to talk with someone in charge and the Optomologist on duty came out to talk with me......"Boy If there is a discription of b*****d....He is it!!!!"

I have been used, Ripped off, AND rejected!! My PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS......they are being held RANSOM untill I pay this company "Loads" of money to release them... Thats Extorsion!!.. Does anybody care????

Just sitting around the house........... BLIND!!!!
