EZ Own Auto Source Terrible customer service !! They have a meeting, then puts customers out to stand in the cold, while waiting for their car!! I waste time coming there because the issues I always have are never fixed!! How can I go to work to pay you guys and I always have to come here and waste my time!? And there should be some type service on the weekends. Who has time to take off work all the time just to be seen!? Just terrible!!!! Scottsdale Nationwide

 I waste so much time coming here. They say they fixed my car a time before I went today, but my brake light had came back on. Then whenever I ask for a receipt, they say it's gonna take a while to write up. I never knew it could take " a while" to get a receipt, when you have computers and is doing your part to fix the issues with the car. You should be able to click print and my receipt comes up, just like every other business. They have meetings and tell the customers to also stand outside, while heir car is being "fixed"!!! Like how unprofessional is that!?? This is the worst customer service I ever had. Even today, they were talking about "booger sugar" or drugs in front of customers!!!!! I just can't take it.
