This company needs to investigated and shut down. I have not applied to this "Encore Marketing" or used any of it's so-called benefits. Yet they are still debiting my account.

I have tried numerous times to contact them but I remain on hold for a long time I just give up.

I do not know how to cancel this so-called subscription.
