 I received a notice 11 month after this so-called violation happened I was visiting Houston from Georgia and pay tolls but was not aware of that I cannot drive on certain roads from Ez Tag and they said they tried to contact me in a city and state that I did not live in and I spoke with a very nice supervisor that lying to me there was nothing she could do. I tried to call the collection agency and they never answer the phone I mean literally never. you can call him early in the morning late in the afternoon in the middle of the day it will never answer the phone. I don't understand why it took them so long to reach me. now I have all these fees I have to pay they said they could not find me but its funny how the collection place found me to serve me with this bill. I forward my address I receive all my mails from the VA and that's government officials but they couldn't reach me to give me a bill for a total I have to pay this large amount or go to court. this is not fair I'm going to start a petition about this because people are being ripped off and money and taking out of the household and I'm a single income persons with the home I have to pay our mortgage for a cardinal and other bills. there's no way I would have not paid at old C's if I had received a bill. as I said it before I am NOT from Texas I was not aware of any certain roles that you can drive on in Houston Texas .I will no longer visit Houston due to this reason .I don't know how much I were old next time 3000 4000 and I can't afford it so I'll just stay where I am. someone really needs to do something about this problem is not fair to people to have to pay this money when you dont know whats going on you're not giving a notice .there's no way I would have let this bill go this far.
