Ezincome Charge my debit account 39.90 without my knowledge, never heard of them Internet Nevada

I was charged 39.90 to my bank card by ezincome.com phone number 866-885-8126, which when I called there was no one available to speak and all mailboxes were full and then was disconnected. It suggested a website to go to fastsupport.com you need to be registered and there was no way to register. Also directed to GOTOEXPRESS.com and there again you had to sign on and no way to register, there was a section "contact us" I got a phone number 888-621-0528, again no customer service people available and they spend a long time with their customers so wait time would be long if they could get to you at all.

I have reported this to my bank and my card is being blocked and once the charge goes through, as it is still pending, they will investigate. It is an inconvience to be without my debit card for 5-7 days. I am concerned about what other information they have on me, such as SSN.
