I went to the website because it was "suppose" to be an auto auction website; in hopes of finding a car. I funded my prepaid card with $400 dollars to fund to the auction website because in order for them to "supposely" try to get the car for you, you would have to fund the account with (10% or @ least $400 or whichever is greatest), so that's what I did. Their terms and conditions says that once this is processed, and if you want a refund it is "subjected" to a $30 fee. I funded the account on 10-12-09 around 10am and I told them maybe around 3pm 10-12-09 that I didn't want their services. They didn't take off of my pre-paid credit card until 10-13-09 and still charge me the $30 fee. I called my bank while the EzSalvage was on the phone and they still stated that they wouldn't give me my $30 back even after my bank told them that they didn't take out of my account until 10-13-09. He was very very rude, and ask "what was my bank going to do"? My bank stated to him that they will file a complaint and he stated that they will turn it down.

The following is from The EZSalvage fees & refund policy that a user must agree to once joining as well as agreeing to it prior to funding his/her account.

Credit Card Refunds
In the event that you request a full or partial refund, you will be subject to the following fees:

1. All Credit Card refunds are subject to a thirty dollar ($30.00) flat refund processing fee which contains transaction fees and costs incurred by EZSalvage. If you submitted your deposit via Credit Card, your Credit Card refund will take 4 to 6 weeks for processing (this policy is in effect as of 11.10.09).
