Wired this company the money to purchase a truck and they never followed through with delivering the vehicle. When I inquired about it; I was told by Gavin the office manager that I was one of 22 people who he had to go over with the owner Mark and figure out getting us all refunds. Gavin told me that the company was waiting on an infusion of money from an investor to be able to refund us and it should take about 10 to 14 days. My money was used for "expenses" (which is clearly a no no) and should have been refunded as soon as they were unable to procure my vehicle. Well to make a long story short; it has been over a month and I can't even get a return call or email from this company after numerous attempts. Right now I'm out almost 14 thousand dollars and have no vehicle to show for it. I have contacted the securities dept. at my credit union and am in the process of filing a police report with the state of NY. I will also be contacting the BBB and any other sites like this one to try and warn people of these thieves. Hopefully they will step up and do the right thing and return our hard earned money before we have to take legal action.
