EZUnsecured.com PAMELA DIAZ This company prey on vulerable Small Business Owners El Cajon California

I am a small business owner and until President Obama allow for a program to write loans for business owners of less than one year. I thought I would check to see if there was a loan program out there I wasn't aware. So I google "line of credit" and ezunsecured pops up. I speak with Pamela Diaz which she assures me that they could find me a lender. Five different applicaton were submitted, I request terms and condition of these loan, as I wanted the control what I could or couldn't afford to pay back.

Every email reply was vague I did however, receive a decline from lender..faxed this letter to Pamela requesting a refund as per their contract she also debit my credit card for a credit card with no pre-set spending limit which they determine the amount of $75,000.00 and when the card is receive your credit limit no such amount.

This company tries to muscle you by throwing out legal jargan if you try to dispute a charge or interfere with the process of an application, even if you try or cancel and seek a loan on your own they will try to view your credit and collect on that loan. I will stop at nothing to retrieve my money is there anyone out there that would like to join this crusade in putting stop to companies prey on the small business owner.
