Found this company while looking for small business funding for my start up company. Called them and spoke to a few different people regarding funding, then was assigned to a "credit specialist" named Pamela Diaz. This person told me that their company helps hundreds of small businesses get funding based on personal credit scores with no up front fees. I was in a tight spot so I decided to give it a try.
After filling out the application and getting everything in, I was immediately charged $875. They said my credit score (which was over 700) did not meet the minimum requirements for no cost application processing. This was never stated to me, no info regarding this was ever disclosed.
They then submitted 5 applications to different "lenders". Three of these were online credit card applications that anyone can fill out themselves. The other two were to SBA programs that I already knew about. All 5 applications have my address spelled incorrectly, my birth date wrong, and a misc. phone number and email address on them that were incorrect. So all of them were rejected, and my credit score then dropped substantially due to inquiries.
Then then proceeded to charge me $3000 for this. They stated that one of the apps came up approved for a loan, and that this was their fee. They then stopped answering the phone, permanently. No return calls, just one liner email responses equating to "tough luck". Through the emails they would tell me provide documentation that you did not receive the loans and we will refund the money. I did this, and now they say they never received the documentation.
This has been going on for three months now. Lucky for me, and ALL WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THESES GUYS NEED TO READ THIS, by telling me they would refund my money, even in an email (get them to do this so you have proof) Wells Fargo and Visa refunded all of the money back to me and are dealing with them. This is not the first case of fraud for these guys. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! The banks and credit card companies know about these guys. If we all get a lawsuit together we can take these guys down!
I will go to the end of the earth to take this company down. They prey on small businesses and people in need by offering fake promises for money that does not exist.

Stay away from EZ Unsecured!

I had the same issue that is listed above this these fraudulent people. I even sent in an amendment with my contract stating that I will not agree to pay any fees unless I approve of the loan and it terms. Long story short, they did not follow through with their word on the type of loan that I needed and charged me over $20,000 for a $90,000 line of credit on a credit card. I disputed this charges with AMEX and they refunded me every penny of what they charged my card for their "Success Fee". What a joke. Stay Away! Eventually they will be shutdown and all parties involved will go to Jail!. Until then, steer clear of this company. EZUnsecured and their shelter company Jade Rock Enterprises, LLC is a Scam and a Fraud.

Daniel this posting so untrue- I answered every single one of your calls. I am going to copy and paste all of this information and my response here for the world to see. I asked you to provide me with the decline notices for all 9 submissions we did for you- We submitted you to more than 5 banks and you know it- You should be so ashamed of yourself for coming on here and posting all of this mis-information.
First of all YOU were the original applicant and then you brought your father on board and ALL of the scores were below 700 they were actually 694 exp 682 TU and 681 EQF
You were charged ONLY 675.00 for your review fee when all other clients with less than perfect credit pay 950.00-
YOUR FATHER was approved for the loan and then you tried to act like him on the phone and messed up when telling them the social and everything causing them to subsequently deny you because they felt you were attempting to de-fraud them.

Daniel- You never sent me any denial notices- According to your contract I cannot refund you if I do not have the denial notices to show that no funding occured.
We did nothing wrong, in fact you are the one who breached the contract.
