Factory Direct Installations ,Classic Rustic Shingles refuses to repair the leaks to our roof that is "guaranteed to never leak" metairie, Louisiana

Factory direct installations did a terrible job of installing a roof on our addition. The roof leaks! After trying to get them to come fix the leaks to no avail, we contacted the BBB. The responses from FDI were immature and false.. They claim they have been out to the house many times and fixed the leaks. They even claim to have fixed a problem "caused by a patio installer", which is false. the patio cover does not leak. the roof leaks! The roof ppl came to the house, while we were not home one time- did not fix the leak! Another time, the roof guy came and admitted that the work was shoddy. He put tons of goo on the roof but it only lessened the leak. It still leaks! They tell the BBB that they are DONE! Well, we are not!
