Factory Direct Installations ?Classic Rustic Shingles Will not repair roof under warranty St. Rose Louisiana

I had a Classic Rustic Shingle roof installed by Factory Direct Installations in 1999. The roof comes with a lifetime warranty. It is rated for winds up to 110mph. Hurricane Gustav hit on Sept. 1, 2008, during the storm the lower 2-3 rows of shingles came up on the east facing side of my roof. I called Factor Direct the week after the storm and was told someone would be out to fix it. I have called them every 3-4 days since and every time I call I get another run around answer, too many jobs, work crew problems, crews working in another part of town, no other jobs in Laplace. I called the manufactorers of the product and have not heard from them either.

I is almost two months since the storm and I can not get thest people to come out to look at my roof, much less fix it. They sell you the roof, saying it is the end of your roofing worries, not so, if you can't get them out to fix it.
