Mr. Eric Lievano, had my car that I had sent to repair my transmission. He did not give me a estimate at all of how much the job would cost and on his website it specifically stated FREE TOWING AND FREE DIAGNOSTIC. He gave me my car back but does not want to return my transmission and all parts taken out. He was over charging ($1700 - $1900) to fix my transmission at the end. So I told him to wait till the third since I am a disabled person and I get my money on the 3rd of every month he said that would be no problem, then the following week he said that he could not wait till the third after he promised me that it was ok. He towed my car back now he is giving me problems in returning my transmission and parts and that is whyI am reporting him. This is not a good business and Mr. Lievano is not a man of his word. He told he was going to bring it Saturday, October 1st and never showed up, then I called him on the October 3rd and he said that he would bring it on October 4th and did not show up again. Now I call today the October the 5th and he said he does not know when he will bring it at all. I am handicap and disable so I do not have any way of picking that transmission up it.

This gentleman had us tow his car into the shop. He AUTHORIZED us to inspect his transmission. We gave him an estimate and he couldn't afford it... So we towed his car back to him, wiped away the $500 debt he owed us and when we have a chance... Someone will drive all the way to his house and deliver his transmission to him also at NO CHARGE... So if we gave him a FREE inspection (that he AUTHORIZED for $425) and wiped his debt away just to be kind... How is this a rip-off???? Maybe we should have charged him what he owed us to begin with? This is the tanks we get for helping him out... Amazing....
