fairbanks/equicredit lied, sold our home after taking western union payments Jacksonville Florida *UPDATE ....the biggest scam artists, liars and jerks

I have lost my home because of these jerks first of all no one could tell us who had our loan after four letters in one month, saying our loan has been sold to all these differnt companys.



so me and my wife went to refinance to get away from these crooks because everyone that we called said they had our loan,come to find out there all the same companys, if you started to ask to many questions they would hang up on you are give phony voice mails,so we thought we finally got away from them but when our new mortgage co. called to get apayoff they came up with bogus fees and she got the amount and called us back,we told her this amount would be fine anything to get away from them.



So she called them back and the total had already gone up 10,000 more dollars,and they would not give them nothing in writing,they told her they were going to foreclose on us , she asked them why and they said we were 1 year behind on our payments and she said she had all my cancelled checks and i was only behind one month because we did not know were to send our paymets.



So they hung up on her so she got very upset and called her attorney and they hung up on him. so i was stuck not knowing what to do,igot aletter sayimg my house would be sold on aug, 30th so i called around and filed a report with the attorney generals office and called the fbi.with three days left before my house was to be sold a mr. ryan bernard from fair banks called and apologised said it was thier fault and they would investigate what happened, to go ahead and send next months payment western union and he would stop foreclosure.



So like an idiot i did thinking we could get this mess cleared up we set in 850.00 that was on a friday on that coming tues, a man showed up at the door saying he bought our house at the courthouse.



These people need to rot in hell for what they are doing to people,we have hired an attorney and will be fileing papers in federal court this week i still have'nt HEARD FROM THE FBI OUR THE ATTN.GENERALS OFFICE .



I hope all the people on this website file reports , hopefully these people will be stopped before they hurt a lot more families,thank god for the ripoff report.
