Faircall Airport Phone- does not state hook up fee of $4.00 and $3.00 a minute charges. Ridiculous charges without stating fees at phone booth Deltray Beach Florida

My husband used an airport phone in Portland, OR, becuase he had lost his cell phone. the signs on the phone booth said nothing about exorbinate or unusually expensive calls. No waring about connect fees, or $2.00 and $3.00 a minute calls. This week when we recived our credit card, there were two charges for faircall 1-800-279-5976, for a total of $7.38 and $22.93. I called and was told the calls were 2 minutes and 12 minutes. There is no fair warning or fair pricing on these calls.
