On July 7th, 2017 I placed an order for a hat to Fallen Hero Bracelets for $31.74. I did not receive the hat until October 30, 2017. That is over 16 weeks to receive. 8 weeks into the order, I sent an email to the owner asking the status of my hat delivery. he replied that there was a 7 to 14-day processing time frame and a 3 to 6-week lead time on hats. After 9 weeks I contacted him again. This time he replied with a beligerenet responce and threatened that he would ruin my credit and come after me with collections and legal ramifications. I contacted Paypal, Firefly and golgathapictures@hotmail.com who were all involved in the transaction. 14 weeks into it Paypal contacted Fallen Hero Bracelets and I finally recieved my hat 16 weeks after it was ordered. Since the, Fallen Hero Bracelets had followed through on their threats. I have been harassed by two Collections Companies and tody I received a letter signed by M. Friedman Chief legal Officer that I owe them $169.50. They are accusing me of Bank Fraud, Violation of Terms of Service, Breach of Contract, and Collections.The state the order was shipped within the time frame promised and that I never notified them that the shipment had not arrived. I have emails sent to Fallen Hero Bracelets that my order never arrived. I have Paypal, Firefly and golgathapictures@hotmail.com that let Fallen Hero Bracelets know I never received my hat that I paid for which was cashed in October. Mark is a disgace. he's a bully and a harrasser. I plan to contact other social media outlets to disclose this unprofessional behavior. the only honest thing this man has done is following through on his threats to me. He's doing this because I got Paypal, Firefly and golgathapictures involved in this. Stay away from this company.

After exposing Fallen Hero Bracelets on Ripoff Report and the BBB. Fallen Hero Bracelets threatens to ruin my life over a $31.74 hat that took them 16 weeks to deliver. They have been trying to extort $169.50 from me. I have also sent my complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office as well as the BBB. I have asked them to refrain from trying to extort me and they refuse to. I have enclosed the latest threat from them. My last warning to them was that I would go to the local news channels and 60 Minutes. They have made my life a living hell with thier bullying, harassement, name calling, having Collection Companies call me and sending threatening emails and letters. I made payment to them through Paypal and the check was cashed within a couple of days. I beleive they never intented to send me the hat I paid for, but because I complained to Paypal they have been torturing me ever since. 16 weeks to get the hat..16 weeks and this is what I get. Who are these people? They intend to destroy my life and well being. This is insane! I even told them I would pull these posts if they would just leave me alone. They refuse. All I'm doing is exposing the truth. Help!

12/18/2017 today I received another threat from Fallen Hero Bacelets (golgathapictures@hotmail.com) from a Michael Friedmann because I posted a complaint on Ripoff Report. I could not copy it to this site because my computer is not compatible to do so through Word.
It read:
Mr. Petrini
I have beeen made aware of your malicious and defamatory posting on ripoffreport.com. This email shall serve you notice that you have 24 hours to remove your post. The next step will be our oganization filing a civil action against you for trademark infrigement and defamation and totious interference. We plan on filing our civil action against you in 14 days. Have a good day. We will see you in court.
