Incredible? I thought so too.
Try reaching a human being at this company and finding a physical address.
I got a pop up on my computer screen while conducting online banking transaction and unwittingly clicked to get out, but got information request form instead. I thought it was from my bank!
They started withdrawing money from my account without my permission or knowledge (and this resulted in me being unable to pay for my cardiac meds).
After 8 phone calls and 7 requests for a call back, I finally reached a human being by the name of Rebecca. She has my name, address, phone number and, yes, my bank account number and total access to my bank account; but she refuses to give me her last name. She also refused to transfer me to a supervisor, to provide the name of the parent company and physical address, the name of the CEO or an actual address of their corporate headquarters where they allegedly work in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
I finally got her to reverse one of the charges on my account, but she refused to reverse the other charges because I apparantly signed up twice when I kept clicking to get out of the pop up ad. But I want all of my money back and a guarantee this will not happen month after month over and over again.
I have spent the better part of the day researching this internet scam. Here is what I have learned:
Parent company: eFamily Network, Inc., alwo owns vfamilies.com
Parent comany: IWP Corp. or International Web Properties
Owner and CEO: David Hosei, founder of efamily.com, 2822 Rouark Circle, Indianapolis, In 46229 317-894-5859. He is also a major contributor to the Obama presidential campaign. That means "O" just lost my vote!
I think I'm going to give Mr. Hosei a call.

Martha,
Please recognize that eFamily network, owner of vfamilies.com DOES NOT own eFamily.com.
Go to: alexa.com/data/details/main?url=vfamilies.com to see the correct ownership information for vfamilies.com
Go to alexa.com/data/details/main?url=efamily.com to see the correct ownership information for efamily.com
Again, International Web Properties is completely different than eFamily Network.

If it is possible to edit your original post by having the Owner and CEO information removed or replaced with the correct information (above) that would be very much appreciated.
Also, I am a supporter of Obama and hopefully this confusion doesn't cost him a vote.

Address and names are correct

There is a rebuttal stating that the parent company and addresses for Family Savers Club are not correct.
They are indeed correct.
I double checked the facts I found by following strings and making phone calls in order to removed Family Savers tentacles from my bank account. I stand by the information and please note that Wells Fargo Bank restored money to my account after contacting the parent company regarding the Family Savers pop up that was appearing on the Wells Fargo "secure" online banking site. WF thought it was impossible to breach their security on line and felt compelled to conduct their own due diligence.
