I was participating in a free survey and one of the sections regarded vacations and after I answered the questions a certain area stated I had earned a free vacation and only needed $1.87 to be paid by a master card in order to pay for the shipping of the forms for the trip to be chosen. I didn't have a master card and told them so and got off the survey.

About 3 weeks later I received a letter and credit-type card stating I was a member of Family Savers Club. I wan't any of the sort but called them anyway because I didn't want them to continue to bother me. Three week slater, I received my bank account checking summary and in the electronic withdrawal area were multiple withdrawals from Family Savers Club exceeding $150.00, which I did not authorize nor did I know anything about it.

I called them and talked with there customer service rep and she said what was I angry about, they got my phone number and no charges were made in October (around the 12th) and I said that's not so, I just reeeived my bank account today, November 27, 2006, and there are 3 withdrawals made without my permission that is over $150.00 and I want to know why and then she said "have a nice day" and hung up.

I decided to contact them at their website and this website popped up about Rip Offs and I am very glad to have seen this and I am taking steps with this website and the Attorney General's office and the local business commision regarding having these people and these company return my money or go to jail.

I'm just beginning my quest and I could use any legal or good advice that is available. Thank you and stay away from Familey Savers Club in Utah.
