Family Savers Club charged spouses card, never heard of them, said I authorized, am not an authorized user of said card Pleasant Grove Utah

I received a bill today from one of my spouse's credit cards with an unknown company having made 2 seperate charges. When we called this company we had to leave a message on a recording. My spouse left his number.
The company returned his call and said that I had authorized the charge for 39.95 for a 4 day 4 night vacation, (the small initial charge of 1.87 was never mentioned, I figure they were just testing to see if it went through). I am not an authorized user of my spouse's credit card, we have seperate last names and accounts.

The credit card company has assured me that this information, (that I was not an authorized user on the date of the transaction) is enough to dispute the charge. This does not change the fact that we were fraudently charged and that I am being accused of doing something illegal!

My husband got in a very heated discussion with them on the phone and it ended with a supervisor telling him that they would refund 20.00 of the charge but 19.95 would stand.

Needless to say, I never did anything on his card and this is a Rip-Off! I hope they can be stopped.
