Fandango.com Would not accept a $25.00 Fandango car when we purchased it and attempted to utilized it, and offered no compensation. Regal Cinema in Ormond Beach Florida

My elderly mother received a gift card from Fandango and I wanted to take her to the movies. It was a $25.oo gift card. I proceded to go on-line and choose a movie she wanted to see which was "Dirty Granpa". I filled out the appropriate forms on-line which alerted me that all I had to do was present the card. We drove quit a distance to the theater only to be told I didnt fill out the appropriate information. I and her can only say, what the f***?

What kind of service is this? My mother and I very disappointed in the service we received from Fandango and the Regal Cinama. Reparations would be not only appropriate, but  a sign that you are a legitimate company with customer service at heart.
