Just my thought, this is your fault.

You said your hair was damaged from the first dye job and the wrong color so you went back.

You said "to have my hair dyed to a natural darker blond" Which tells me your hair was probably over processed bleached blond to begin with.

Then you say "She told me, just 10 min. don't worry. They left it on my hair for at least 45 min. if not longer. "

If she said 10 minutes why did you just sit there and not demand attention? 

Then you say after that was done, dye was left on for an hour?  Again, why didn't demand attention?

Then you say when you thought they were calling people, you let her put more stuff on your hair that turned it brown. 

I am sorry, when does any of this become your fault? You supposedly let this go on for 6 1/2 hours.  You are lucky you have any hair left at all.
