Farrell Hair Replacement Total ripoff Los Angeles California

I purchaed 2 systems from Farrell at a cost of $5000.  Each system has been refurbished twice at a cost of $250 each. 

One system started to lose its color and hair after 2 months and I sent it back again.  Farrell refused to repair it without charging me for the inferior work done.

I have been tryingto just get the piece back for over a month and they keep stalling saying that Nancy (the person I am dealing with) is waiting for Richard Farrell to come into the office and see it,  

I don't want them to fix it, just send it back as is and they haven't done it yet.

Please think about what yo are doing before wasting $5000 on hair that you can get online for under $300 froma reputable website.
