Fahion Bug Scam - Fraudulant billing

I received a bill for $21.04. I made the required payment of $10. On my next statement, the balance showed $0. I assumed there was an error. I called and spoke with a CSR rep who told me it was in error and the balance was $13.04. I guess the $2.00 was a finance charge.

I paid it immediatley over the phone with a credit card. a few moments later, the CSR called me back to say that a phone payment required a payment of $20 minimum even though I didn't owe that much. I decided then to pay the $20 in spite of the fact that I would overpay $8.00 approx. and close the account.

The account was never closed or credited, in fact they began charging me late fees on a paid account.

I spoke with many CSR's, wrote, e-mailed and still no resolve. The account that should be paid up in good standing is now a negative on my credit report written off as a bad debt and I am still getting collection agencies threatening me. They are trying to take me for over $200.
