Fast Auction said that for $1.97 would send cd for e-bay on ten day trial. I called and cancelled the same day and they said I was cancelled so I forgot about it. A month later I get charged $49.95 to my checking acount and it throws me into an overdraft situation. That caused two overdrafts of $31.00. I got the bank to forgive the overdraft charges after calling the above phone number and they said they had n Salt Lake City Utah

I signed up for a cd for E-Bay for $1.97 on a ten day trial period. the next day I cancelled the offer. I was given no cancellation code or name of operator, but they said it would be cancelled.

3 weeks later my bank account gets hit for $49.95 and causes 2 overdrafts. I called the number on the electronic mail to the bank (435-862-1482)and was assured that it would be refunded within 10 days.On that word the bank forgave the overdraft fees but they have not sent the payment yet and it has been some fourteen working days.

The bank is going to recharge the overdraft fees because they have not sent the refund. Now I find out that the number is not in service and I can not seem to find a way to contact the company at all.
