Sam Williams contacted me and befriended me by telephone, offering a personal low-interest personal loan. He then obtained personal information to use to purchase beauty products, vitamins & other such unwanted items as a pre-loan "qualification" porcoess. When he was finished, he told me that his boss, Franklin Dsouza would be contacting me within 15 minutes to complete the loan funding process. When I called the telephone number Sam Williams provided, it was always busy or no one would answer the calls. This is clearly an internet fraud and a telephone scam within intrastate commerce. I reported this to the Federal Bueau of Investigation, but they are overwhelmed with these internet frauds and telephone scams targeted at sebior citizens.
