I worked for Fast Debt Solutions a total of 2 days before I knew what I was making. Collin Scott is a former employee from Credit solutions that worked in sales department and stole ideas from Doug and started his own company. In credit Solutions Handbook it clearly states that you can not open your own debt settlement company. you sign a non-compete. especially since he worked in sales. He can get in serious trouble. Collin is not from this country so he is probably doing business under someone eles name.

I interviewed with Roseann Jodzio, great person and my second interview was with collin scott. I recieved an email from Roseann stating when I could start. Phone her back telling her that I could start the following monday.
Came in monday of this week. I filled out my w-10 form and asked her what was my salary. She said that she had to discuss it with collin Scott and he would be in tuesday. Minutes later Collin walked in. She and I asked him what my salary would be he replies that he was just in and out of the office today so he would have to get back to me on that. He aslo told me to bring in my paycheck stubs to show my pay at credit solution.

Tuesday I came in and brought roseann my check stubs and he made copies and collin later came in and fired me after he saw my check stubs. well he had roseann do it.
The 2 days I worked there I got the worst vibe from that company. I sat by sharron Jones that was rude and didnt care about settlements. If the client had money, she would get whatever settlement possible. I have posted a copy of the email she actually sent me below:

Hello Chelsia,
I was wondering if you were still searching for employment. I have asettlements position available and I am looking for someone to startimmediately. Since we have already interviewed you, we are just looking foryou to start. Please contact me if you are interested. Thank you!
Sincerely,Roseann Jodzio

to FDS

AUTHOR: StoneyStoner - (United States of America)

To the rebuttal of Chelsia's original post, FDS, you still sound like a bunch of clowns.  First off she's better off not working there.  Two, you never gave her a number she was working for, thats shady.  Three.  Fired her for having a suspended DL?  Job is phone work isnt it?  if you ride the bus are you screwed?  Her licenSe was suspended, could have been for a $25 parking ticket, we're you thinking all are suspended for DUI's and such?

The email she cut and pasted looked like a 9 yr old typed it.  Move on Chelsia, all this DMC's are gonna be gone soon anyway, go find you a real job.

Wow, guess someone who took the bus would be fired?
Contact the dept of labor as you can be fired for !) No reason..ie your not needed
2) Good reason ie poor attendence..
But you cant be fired for a bad reason
Most employers are smart enough to leave no trace of an improper firing..
BUT THE WROTE HERE AND WILL HAVE ZERO DEFENSE !
lET dol GO AFTER THEM !

The statement provided is all wrong. The company has a rude owner. I worked at Fast Debt Solutions for more than just one day. The issue concerning my licence was just a way Collin Scott could get out of paying me more than 13.00 dollars an hour. I just renewed my licences and only had the paper copy. I showed Rosanne my expired licences only for the picture. My licences has never been suspended or revoked for any reason.
why would my licences be an issue regarding debt settlement. I'm not driving a company vehicle at all. I simply helping people get out of debt. From working at credit solutions trust me debt settlement is something you can do on your own. Theses debt settlement companies are all lies and carbon copies of credit solution of america. and you all can view that company on any rip off report, scams, or even local news. work out your debt yourself.

#3 UPDATE Employee

Report was filed by a disgruntled former employee not a consumer who has obtained services from FDS.

AUTHOR: Fast Debt Solutions - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 02, 2009

The individual who wrote this "report", Chelsia, is a disgruntled former employee not a consumer who has obtained services from FDS.

Chelsia worked at FDS for a single day before the company discovered she was driving to and from work without a valid driver's license (hers had been suspended by the State). FDS promptly terminated Chelsia. Chelsia's suggestion that she quit working at FDS upon learning "what I was making" is just one of many lies set forth in Chelsia's thoroughly dishonest commentary.

Chelsia defames FDS' general manager, Colin Scott, by suggesting that Mr. Scott "stole ideas" from another company and now "is probably doing business under someone else's name." These are lies. Mr. Scott worked at Credit Solutions many years ago for a very brief period of time. After he left - in compliance with all contracts, rules and regulations - Mr. Scott joined a company that provides high-quality, high-integrity, reasonably-priced debt negotiation services in a very customer-friendly environment. (Which is why, despite having resolved the debts of so many customers over the years, complaints about FDS are typically limited to the rare disgruntled former employee who complains about not being paid as much money by FDS as he or she might have been paid somewhere else.)

If a person saddled with debt wants to know who does an excellent job resolving debts, he or she should talk to other persons who have utilized FDS's services - not rely on internet defamation proffered by a self-interested and bitter person who was employed for a single day.
