Fast Debt Solutions RIPPED ME OFF.... Carrollton Texas

I am a single Mom about 2 1/2 years ago I entered into the Fast Debt Solutions program... They took my money but never did I hear from them letting me know how it was going where my money was going... I called them it would take weeks for them to return my call and the funny thing about that is they claim they will call you once or twice a month to discuss your case...
It doesn't happen... They tell you to fax all the bill's over to them... I did that then stop taking the creditors phone calls which I also did, because Fast Debt Solutions was suppose to call the creditors and fax them over a letter stating that I was in there program and to deal with them... Well, over $5000 dollars later that they took out of my account still I was receiving calls from the creditors they were suppose to deal with, then I got served court papers from two of them... I called Fast Debt Solutions and you guessed it...No one called me back... So being a single Mom trying to do the right thing by getting into this program they left me no other choice but to file bankruptcy... Talking about hitting your rock bottom... That $5000 dollars that I paid to this company would have paid off some of the debt I had...
When I called upset again no one called back... So beware this company is indeed a ripoff and no one should get involved with them...
