Fast Growing Trees Will not ship product, no valid customer service department Internet

This company frequently sends advertisements of what appear to be good deals, and on the surface appears to be a reputable company.  Having paid them over $100 for an order, and having tried to reach their customer service department for over two weeks, I have come to the conclusion that this is not a legitimate company.  They list a customer service number but every time- literally over 10 times- I call, I am notified that there is an "unusually high call volume"

After waiting for almost 15 minutes on one occasion I finally reached a person and was told that "the order would ship tomorrow"  It never did.  There is an email for customer service listed but they do not respond to emails either.  My credit card was already charged and so at this point I am simply trying to get my money refunded but have found no mechanism for doing so.  This company is a nightmare, and quite possibly a scam.  At the very least they have a customer service department that is either incompetent or criminally negligible.
