Fast loan 4 me They went into my acct. and wrote a took 30.00 out without my authorization, I never filled out a loan application with that company! Internet

I just cae from the bank and was told bt the banker that 30.00 dollars were overdrafted from my checking acct. I never authorized Fast Loan4 me to go into my acct. I never even heard of them. A copy of the checknwas shown to me by the banker. This was dated May 7th. I am calling this company and having no results getting through to them.  No one picks up the phone or I just get a buisy signal. i would like this resolved please, help. I close the acct so they will not be able to go int it again.
