Before I start, DO NOT attempt to contact CIE (Commission for Independent Education), this is a membership and schools do not get evaluated by the commission. I called end reported the issue and after 5 days waiting, no response.

Here is my complaint (ESCORTED out by German at Kendall Campus for retrieving for the second time in less than a year students documents with YOUR personal information) and the AGENCIES I have contacted with no answer or the usual answer and I quote "we do not handle personal complaints" (FTC), "they are doing nothing wrong" (CIE).

Here is a list of AGENCIES that will help you NOT, with your complaint because we tend to forget that the owners of FastTrain are MILLIONAIRES and they have the agencies controlled, don't believe me? try them yourself and or do your homework and find out how much $$$$ does it take to open a single school like this and how much you can generate by underpaying your employees and overcharging Florida Unemployment or Federal Grants.

1-800-misused (Inspector General Federal Education Office, if you have a Title IV complaint, but be careful Mr. Christopher Miller WILL defend FastTrain)

US Dept. of Education, Florida Representative Area Case Director Toyoko Woodard- 404-974-9448, she will keep the case as far as it is not Title IV, other than that she will send it to Mr. Miller above)

Florida Federal Trade Commission- 1-866-966-7226 (will not take a single complaint, they will proceed with mine if someone else complaints) Lets get together and make a massive complaint!!!

If you want to REALLY be heard contactHELP ME HOWARDat(((REDACTED))) or call me at(((REDACTED))) to get together and make a PEACEFUL strike in front of the campuses on the same day...TV will notice and the Federal and State Agencies will have to do something before its too late!!

According to FastTrain the records found for the second time in the dumpster were to be destroyed by a "shredding company" after asking the school owner Mr. Amor for a copy of the shredding policies... guess what I got...you guessed it NOTHING!

I got accused of "breaking into private property" and like I said before "escorted out of the premises and un-officially "expelled" from FT, my wife suffered the same consequences despite the fact that she has nothing to do with it.

BTW, me and my wife are Army Veterans (Officers) and we have aMasters and a BA respectively. We were helping our son to do his 9 months course. I finished the MIS course with an 3.65 and my wife has a 3.90 GPA.

FastTrain complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 Buckley Ammendment, Public Law 93-380, Section 438. All students records are confidential

If this is true, How come FT is not responding to my request of the so called "video" of me breaking into the facilities to "steal" students records?

Answer- FT does not or can not prove such thing since they disposed the records for the second time in their dumpster. FT does not complies with these two laws since they violated them by denying me copies of records pertaining to or associated with me and they did not DESTROY YOUR RECORDS!!

BTW, do not mind people defending FastTrain, the employees are paid to do so.

American Greed researching FastTrain

Kurtis Productions, which produces American Greed for CNBC is currently researching the case of FastTrain College and is seeking to speak with people who can provide photos, videos, documents, and perspectives about their experiences at the various FastTrain campuses.  I don't believe I can leave direct contact info on this form, but the KP phone number is easily findable online.  Call and ask for Jeannie.

Despite the fact that the students at FT have been warned FT owner and thief Alejandro Amor keeps lying to them about everything.  Santiago keeps making false diplomas and German still a coward, but the biggest coward is Amor that never responded to the postings...why? Because he had no reasons for doing what he did. A peaceful demonstration against FT is forthcoming. Jeffrey still talking about students and their illnes and family problems, people that work there because of $$ have no INTEGRITY, it is sad how they abuse their own people. Alejandro, this is not over, your dumpster was full of student's info (once again) not too long ago and the IRS will be after you pretty soon, Title IV is something you should not be playing with. BTW how come you never reported the stolen computers with student's info?

Which of the so famous policies did she violate?

If you are coming with evidence please respond, but the grievance comitee works for you and thay will not respond via e-mail.

If we start mailing everything, the game is not to respond to gain time, by the time they do it will be over the 45 days.

Ask your employees, they are afraid of responding to any e-mail because it is faster, and leaves evidence.

Be a man, tell the truth once and for all

As you can see Mr. Amor had no reason to terminate my wife from the school. Other than that he isstill violating her rights and insulting us through his members by calling us names. There is nothing on what he stated that my wife did that violates any of the school's regulations. He still hiding and not providing me nor the police with records or evidence of me breaking in, to steal the records.

Cowards come and go, but taking revenge against someone that did nothing to the school but to help and motivate the students that wanted to leave because of the injustice and lack of cooperation of FastTrain is the biggest cowardy act that I have seen since OIF 3.

Now he is talking about "safeguarding the records"...Mr. Amor, where were you when your employees dunped records for the second time? Or why you still violating the Freedom of Information Act? More that that...How many courses did my wife pay for and did not take because they were not offered?

Unfortunately FastTrain cannot make any public comments as it relates to individual students or even confirm that an individual is a student due to the Family EducationalRights and Privacy Act of 1974 Buckley Amendment, Public Law 93-380, Section 438.If a student or former student wants the school to respond in a public forum (like this), then the school is required to obtain a written and signed release from the student.

Generally speaking one of the schools priorities is protecting the well-being of students while on the campus.The Grounds for Dismissal and Termination are listed in the catalog:

Grounds for Dismissal and Termination

It is expected that students will conduct themselves in a professional manner and demonstrate respect for their instructors and fellow classmates. FastTrain administration reserves the right to terminate a student on any of the following grounds:

Not complying with FastTrain rules and regulations.

Unprofessional conduct.


Unsatisfactory academic progress.



Excessive absences or tardiness.


Failure to pay fees when due. For those students using Deferred Payment Plans, please remember to pay according to the schedule you agreed to.


Cheating.


Piracy of copyrighted materials / software.


Falsifying records.


Breach of enrollment agreement.


Entering school site while under the influence or effects of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics of any kind.


Carrying a concealed or potentially dangerous weapon.


Any student that is disruptive or caught vandalizing school property is subject to immediate dismissal without refund.

In addition to our open door policy, the school has a Grievance Policy which allows a student to present his/her case to an impartial panel.

FastTrain has successfully educated over 11,000 students since its inception and is committed to the students success.
