FatCow stated that a website would be built to the specifications I had given them, and for the set price of $1800, or my money would be refunded. That statement was emailed and is available for court record. However, upon paying for the site to be developed, I was told that it would not be completed unless additional funds (not previously discussed) were paid. I had pointed out our agreement and the price, but FatCow would neither develop the site nor offer a resolution other than having me pay additional funds. I had, then, stated that since no site was developed and available for use, I would like my money refunded. To date, FatCow has not developed a working website, and yet has not returned money paid for that website.
