I was promised and 8am move time. They called the day before to say it was going to be btw 12 and 1. It is now 3:30 and they have not called to say that they are 45 min away Yet!
They also decided to charge me half up front despite a deposite because It's a long drive. On a holiday weekend it will now take forever to get to the mountains and I have to pay for this extended time. They will not give me a new time estimation and no discount for major annoyance. Will I ever get to eat today?
