Fbk home warranty Pay what you Get For Internet

was with American Home Shield and had bad service with them left and went to Fbk home warranty the plan seems to good to be true but after a few service call they seems to be on the up and up till my furnace was not working and call them for service the tech came to my home and said the furnace needs a lot of work he replied he will contact my home warranty fbk to let them know that the furnace needs to be replace received a call from fbk say that they do cover heater exchange then i ask what am I paying a home warranty for they said because its not under the covered items they will not repair nor help me to fix the furnance so beware Fbk is a rip-off and if the repairs cost more than a couple hundreds dollars they will deny service and you will be left in the cold.
