FBK PRODUCTS Sent Septic Remedy, I Did Not Authorize West Palm Beach, Florida

I had purchased some septic products from FBK a number of years ago.  At the time, we were having a lot of septic problems so I figured why not try it.  I soon found out, once you order from them, it never ends.  Months later, they would call with a new product......."this is a new formula."  After ordering the new forumula like an idiot, months later they would try to sell something else.  I haven't heard from them in years until a year or so ago.  They started with the same old sells pitch and  I told them no, I still had two buckets from years ago.  One bucket is supposed to last 5 years.  They would continue to call ever so often and finally I didn't hear anything.   A month ago, I went back to my house to check on my dad and heard the UPS guy drop off a package.  When I went to check, I saw a package from FBK Products.  I thought......"what the hell is this, since I haven't ordered from them in years."  The UPS guy had already left and I took the invoice and called the company.  I explained I hadn't ordered anything from them.  The woman gave the phone to another woman who told me that they never send product out unless it's authorized.  I said, I didn't authorize this package and she said it was authorized.  The woman was irate with me, and then my 81 yr. old dad came in and overhead me talking with this woman.  He said, I authorized it.  I go what??????  Anyway, I proceed to tell her this and  I said they shouldn't have sent out a product in my name that I didn't authorize.  She told me they would deduct $100 off and I said no, I will return it.  She wasn't happy!  After a week, I decided why should I pay to have this returned.  I called back, and got a man that was very rude.  Now I don't know what to do.  My dad is sick, my brother has power of attorney over him.  I feel that if I don't pay them the $200, it will mess up my credit.  I decided to check out this company online and have found tons of complaints.  They have sent a second notice for payment.  I read that others have sent the product back and the company said it was never received!
