Data Services Co. They said they could get me a new mortgage and file a lawsuit but gave me someone else's lawsuit to file, obviously didn't know what they were doing and are a total fraud. Studio City California

Data Services claimed they could help me file a lawsuit that would guarantee my mortgage company would give in and give me a decent mortgage restructuring with reduced principal and much lower payments and interest.  When they generated the lawsuit it was obviously a cut and paste from another suit, had the wrong property description, wrong town, tons of things wrong with it.

Then it took over a month to get it corrected, get it filed. They claimed they did research on my property to generate the suit. But it was full of holes and the lawyers for the bank came back with a response. Then when Data Services was supposed to generate the answer to the response, they didn't do so.

We had to go into the courthouse with no response.  The judge threw the book at us and said he found for the mortgage company and would grant the mortgage company their legal fees.  

Data Services refused to call back the mortgage company to negotiate a settlement as promised. I spoke with the mortgage company and they said they left 20 messages for Data Services and wanted to settle and redo our mortgage but no one would ever call back from Data Services.

I paid $6000 for this service and Data Services is a total fraud.  Beware. They lie, tell you what you want to hear and once you've paid them all this money, they stop answering the phone, stop calling you back and stop delivering anything. They go on to the next victim, those who need help.  What a scam. They need to be stopped, shut down, put out of business.
