FCNB & Spiegel CMS/Cardworks is now handling FCNB credit accounts Old Bethpage New York

The reason we can't get hold of FCNB is that another company, Cardworks LLP, has taken over. If you have a recent Spiegel statement, look at the very last paragraph on the back of the statement. It says "Your closed FCNB/Spiegel or Newport News account is now serviced by CMS".
CMS is part of Cardworks, which is based in New York.

The number 516-576-8706 works but you cannot get a person, just a computer.

Please remember that First Consumers National Bank closed its' doors in June, 2003. After June 26, FCNB did not process payments on those accounts that it had previously issued. All payments were then processed by an outside company. Any issued that have occured after June 26 should be addressed with one of the new companies (CMS or the company in Omaha). Just keep that in mind...
