FDRS aka Federal Debt Relief System is a "debt termination" telemarketing fraud run by loser Mark Cella who charges customer "victims" 30% of their total debt to enroll in his sham fraud "debt termination" boiler room scam!

Mark Cella isn't new to the fraud game.....his last scam was named Carefree Debt Inc. which he had to put to sleep because the vast majority of his victims had mounting lawsuits and judgements as a result of Carefree Debts gross ignorance of the law!

Mark Cella is about to face a hard reality that you can only sell SH'' for so long before customers start to notice a stench and that smell is coming from Marc Cella, FDRS aka Federal Debt Relief System!!

Do Not be fooled. FDRS (Federal Debt Relief System) is a fraud. Mark Cella runs a fraudulent company

AUTHOR: To Protect And To Serve - (U.S.A.)

FDRS is NOT a reputable company. They DO NOT have ANY customers that have completed their program successfully. NO ONE! The testimonials they post are untrue. The testimonials they post are not trackable because NO ONE has completed their program successfully, and no one EVER will. All you will get is taken, and then sued by your creditors like many, many clients before you.

They do not have any client care/customer care. They do not resolve any issues. They take your money, send out a few generic letters on your behalf and abandon you when "their" program doesn't work. You will pay them 30% of the unsecured debt that you have and that is the same amount you could settle on with your creditors.

Mark Cella ran a similar scam operation called Carefree Debt and when all of his clients lost their shirts with him, he simply changed the name of his company and started over. His company is a reseller for CCDN.

The only positive postings you will ever see on the internet are from employees of FDRS or posted by Mark Cella himself.

This company is being investigated by the Dept of Justice in California. Don't fall for the scam. http://fdrs-debt-elimination-scam.info/fdrs-fraud-blog/2008/11/please-send-your-complaints-to-the-california-attorney-general-they-are-actively-investigating/

If you have been scammed PLEASE, PLEASE contact the Dept of Justice in Ca. You can find the address and phone number on many of the other sites that warn against this scam operation.

They are going DOWN!!!!

Keep your money and run.

Why Members Trust Federal Debt Relief System (FDRS)

AUTHOR: Fdrs Debtrelief - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 03, 2008

All of us know that the world is in serious debt today. In fact, the large majority of us know this first hand. Total U.S. consumer revolving debt reached $962 billion in May 2008, up from $879 billion at the end of 2006. About 98 percent of that debt was credit card debt. (Source: Federal Reserve)

Thankfully there are many institutions and organizations driven by a mission to relieve consumers of their debt, such as the Federal Debt Relief System.

Federal Debt Relief System is driven to help people get out of debt and has proven that it can do so. Here are what a few of members have said of our services:

"I'm very happy to find FDRS - you guys are great and my rep...has just been terrific to work with..." TJ S., TN

"FDRS has been a great help to me... My counselor has been great and a blessing. They both have been a God send. If you or someone you know is in debt, consider FDRS." David R., PA

FDRS encourages people to explore all their options for debt relief and find out which is right for them. We wish financial freedom to all who are in debt.

Thanks for letting us share our information.

Sincerely,
Federal Debt Relief System

Creditsuit has very good information on scammer Mark Cella, and it is very true that he shafted his customers from his old Carefree Debt scam operation. Don't get involved with FDRS and mark cella.
