They stated they could wipe out my credit card debt and do it legally.  They had an answer for ever question i asked.  They claim that you have to let the credit card chage off the debt, then they stated when it gets sold to a collection or attorney at that time they will do the paper work and help through it.  They stated that because they werent the original creditor, that they couldnt collect.  They done some paper work, and then they dont finish it.  As soon as they get your last payment they no longer respond to emails or phone calls, yet you still get a recording.  I did contact the MN attorney general office.  Thomas Smith and Tracy Scraper if that is their orignal names are the ones that i have contacted.  They have an answer for everything.  Even when i questioned them about the BBB report.  They stated that was because credit cards and the BBB doesnt like them because of the nature of work they are in.  This is very much a scam.
