Federal Credit Corp federal credit corp,without written/oral contact,attached an Idfraud ,written off, wireless debt to revolving credit category to beuro(s),coersed half the bill to remove Colleyville Texas

federal credit corp bougt an old debt, (written off ) file, from another collection agency originating from sprint wireless back in 99' that an ID thief
had racked up without my knowledge to over $3,600
(what phone co allowes a cell bill to this amount , before cutting it off )?????

Immediately alered Without ever contacting me, written or orally, ( I am easy to find),openly listed ,tax paying , regular citizen ., Federal credit corp attached this delinquent collection to the REVOLVING credit portion of my credit file and reported it was Opened: right then. Terms: one month. Balance:$3600.00 Status: seriously delinquent. causing an unrecoverable devestation to my fico score of more than 100pts.

Worse Yet, all this ,DURING careful monitoring of my credit file ,because of nearly completed negotiations for the refinance of my home, and there was already existing, unrelated ,(ID fraud alert) , in place with the credit bureos.

Threatening that unless I payed half this bill now, it would remain there for ten years , and coersed me to pay , with the promise of removing derogatory data completely. even though I already proved to sprint and Federal Credit corp that this debt was not mine, the crap is still showing .

Unable to re-finance in the prime intrest market was forced to apply with less desireable lenders ,Has caused more fico score loss from the hard inquireries

Being the nice guy that I am , they where given the opportunity to return my money and walk away, and did not. Now the fight is on !! and they will have to pay dearly.
