Federal Government Grant Department ripoff Washington Dc Maryland

Someone by the name of Sean Phillips called my home phone, and proceeded to tell me I had qualified for a 5k government grant. Said he was with the Federal Goverment Grant Department in Washington D.C., and that I could have this money if I would use it only for good purposes, and not gambling.

He gave me an extion number, with a phone number, 1-866-887-1903, ext 070 and employee # 1912.

Proceeded to request my bank routing number, and then my account number. When I refused the bank account number, he asked if I would like to speak to a supervisor, in which I did..

When they kept trying to get my account number out of me, when i kept asking if I could call back after I had done some research and seen all the other victims on this site, they proceeded to get extremely nasty, and tell me to "just hang up the phone M*#!%. Needlest to say, I don't think it's real.....
