I wrote a report about how federal moving systems ruined my move.. took my deposit.. played phone games with me all the way until the day before i moved only to learn they were never coming to move me..but they had no problem taking my deposit in June..Chris from Federal moving systems filed a rebutel saying that there was a MISCOMMUNICATION...that the previous rep i was working with was terminated and was a 1099 contracter..all that is understandable but considering i spoke with Chris himself that is still irrevelant..chris blew me off and ignired 1 of my calls including one from my legal representation..and that has nothng to do with the previous rep...Chris was very nice and said to deal with him moving forward.chrispromised me that he would call me back in 5 mins to confirm the trucks arrival and chris NEVER CONTacted me AGAIN...and ignored every call i made to him..Coindentally my aunt called and chris called her right back (when he thought she was business) but never seemed to call me back until this day....i end up renting a uhal at the last miunte and getting family to help move me to va,,THE DAY B 4 MY SCHEDULED AND PAID FOR MOVE! Chris is a smooth talker but he SCAMMED ME...BLEW ME OFF.. AND LOED AND SAID FEDERAL MOVING GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK.. AND THEY DID NOT..my bank is fighting for my money right now.. Please be aware if this company... last week 8/7/09 this company left m high and dry with my deposit in there pockets..

We have tried to contact this customer many many different times and she doesnt respond to our calls. With all merchant accounts it takes 3 to 5 days to show in your account. You have posted several complaints on different websites about our company complaining that we stole your deposit and left you high and dry. We have contacted you for days begging you to answer the phone so we can give you confirmation of your refund. You are damaging the reputation of our company Kim these complaints will never come off these websites. Do you think that 350.00 is worth these complaints being posted about our company? You scheduled with a different office for Federal that is why we didnt have you in our system. I aplogize if I didnt get back to you personally. I am the sales manager of Federal and have other responsibilties, that is why I had Tim contact you. The customer before yours had double the amount of furnture. That isnt our fault. We tried to put you on a different truck and would have compensated you for your inconvenience but you refused. Since that day I havent recieved any phone calls from you and I havent revieved any emails explaining your feelings. We have to read your complaint on this website. We apologize once again for putting you in that situation but do to unforeseen circumstances we had no choice. The owner of the company is willing to give you a free move and has refunded your deposit for all your inconvenience. We will continue to contact you until this situation is resolved and you feel you have been treated fairly.
