There is absolutely NOTHING that the Feferal Trade Commision or any other agency of the federal government is willing to or can do to stop the "blatantly iIllegal" acitivies that Asset Acceptance Corp. LLC commit against the American public on a day-to-day basis. Asset Acceptance Corp. LLC operates outside state and federal law with impunity where ever and when ever the wish to domestically and abroad, just like the Mafia, because they know the United States Government will do absolutely NOTHING about their criminal activities. The United States Goverment is completely impotent, incompetent, incapable and unwilling in stopping ANY of their blatantly illegal practices against federal and state law and the fraud they commit upon the American consumer. The three major credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and Trans Union turn a "blind" eye to the problem. Their rationale is that if the federal government does nothing about Asset Acceptance LLC, they, the private corporations have no obligation to enforce federal law, much less to protect the interests of the American public. A Corporation like Asset Acceptance Corp. LLL, whose assets in the year 2002 exceed 5.2 billion dollars would turn a favorable face and even perhaps invest in the coffers of the three major credit reporting agencies like Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union in order to perpetuate their crime against the American consumer.
