I had picked up a property this winter that Ferrandino & Son was in charge of. I provided services for 5 months before terminating all services because they keep coming up with excuses and give me the run around. They try to find loop holes in there contract but I keep proving them wrong. I have contacted Ferrandino and Son's client corporate headquarters and they are not too pleased with them. I have my attorney currently working on filing a suit against them. To all who are considering doing work for Ferrandino & Son take my advise and save yourself the headaches and do not work with them, they will rip you off!
