Ferrandino and Son, Inc Beware of Ferrandino and Son!!! Farmingdale, Nationwide

I have a similar experience.  Maybe we are receiveing work out of the same office.  My experience is much like yours.  My service is  a Handyman service.  Before and after pics...  Sign in and out of the IVR... Couresy call and send over pic of signed and stamped signoff. Stay at or below the DNE...  I dot all my I's and cross my T's.  Unsure what the issue is.  I hope they get it resolved though.

Ferrandino just contacted me about another job. I wrote the first rip-off-report here on those guys. Needless to say I will NEVER work for them again. But what I did, is accept the work order and told them I would be onsite at the agreed upon time. So they, figuring I would be there, told the store to expect me. So Monday when no one shows up, the store will be angry with Ferrandino. And that is about the best way I can think of to strike back against rip-off companies like Ferrandino. The more we all do this, the more customers they will lose, and hopefully drive them out of business.

This site is great, but does anyone know of any other sites dedicated to keeping track of these rip-off maintenance providors?

I am the owner of Tennessee Handyman and Ferrandino has always been very professional with me and I have always got paid within 45 days. always get a updated work order if the amount will be over the NTE .and email verification of receipt. and always take before and after photos along with a signed and stamped work order by the manager. Ferrandino and Son are a legit and professional company whom I regard highly among the other facility service companies I do work for.
