Ferrandino and son, Inc. Gregory Dytka, Amy Donovan Ripping off snow contractors is how they make a living! Farmingdale New York

 Getting involved with Ferrandino and son was a huge mistake. We were handling snow removal seasonal contract for them at a Verizon garage work center in central NJ. It was a zero tolerance "first flake" high importance site. We had passed all of there initial contract hurdles, (insurance certificates, auto limits, employee lists, etc.) Had no issues handling the site, dealt with millions of there pre-storm phone calls, pre-saltings, provided pre-work and after work photos, etc. completely compliant and really started to feel like a endentured servant. We were at there beck and call and if you didn't reply to them within minutes you were threatened with non payment. We received our contractual monthly payments as stated for 3 months. That was it. Didn't receive our last 2 payments for March or April. Called several times, several emails, etc. you can't speak to accounts payable. All that was stated was they were in lawsuit with cushman Wakefield and will not get paid until settled. We never received correspondence, email, phone calls or anything stating this about non payment. They will not return my calls or emails anymore. No letters, no legal papers or even apologizes or as to when we will get paid. It's just another avenue for them not to pay contractors. We worked very hard and long hours and provided an excellent service for the Verizon work site. Ferrandino and Son is a complete under handed General Contractor who all they do is broker work. They set up ridiculous contracts and compliance rules which always give them a way out not to pay. They are nothing but coward white collar criminals who prey on small contractors and rip them off through high priced drawn up bullshit contracts that they will never honor completely. They have no problem ripping off contractors and companies that use them are not aware of there practices to the subcontractors. I went by the Verizon building that we serviced and explained the issues about non payment from there management company they had hired. They are no better and couldn't care less. Told me too bad and not there problem. Okay fine I will file complaints for all them and will not use or Reccomend there services as well. Very upsetting and disappointing on how these big management companies hire, promise, get the service, then don't pay, and of course hire a new contractor for the following season who will learn there lesson as well. This cycle will keep happening until Ferrandino and son is shut down or everyone learns of there rips off scam they run.
