Don't use Ferrell Gas. Their customer service is extremely poor, while I do have to say I finally was able to reach ONE person who handled herself very well.
On the 18th a customer service rep said they would work with the customer because her husband had been laid -off from his job. She ordered a half tank of gas ...not wanting to make the bill any higher than they could pay. The customer had cash to pay on her bill 600.00 which Ferrell refused.
On the 26th still no delivery. Customer called and they were told at THAT time they had to pay the bill in full, plus $200.00 week-end delivery, plus the amount of gas fill. The total would have been over 1200.00
Where is the "we will work with you'?? Why wasn't customer service honest with customer when she ordered the gas. There are children in this home. Does Ferrell gas do the same to our elderly in this country. We are the highest unemployed state and Ferrell Gas has customer service fit for worms....
