STAY AWAY from Ferrell Gas. They don't deliver timely, then make excuses. It can be the dead of winter and your children can be without heat and they don't care. Then they tell you that they will charge you one hundred and twenty five dollars for an "emergency visit" even if it's their error. So either you pay up or you have no heat. They figure they can get it because you need the heat in the middle of winter.
They are suppose to come monthly and check and fill but they don't. Find any OTHER company but this one. The manager must get a percentage of this amount, because he clearly only thinks of it and won't listen to the fact that it's their error not yours. STAY AWAY FROM FERRELL GAS IN REMUS!!!!
