Ferrey & Nicholas scammed, rip off, lied, cheated, took my money, stole my money, decieved Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania

My situation is very similar to what happened in the other story. I reiceved a letter from the court saying i was being sued for a credit card i didnt pay. in that same pile of mail was a letter from ferrey and nicholas saying they would help me solve this problem without having to go to court.

i gave them a call and spoke to a woman who asked me questions about my case and even gave me information about how much i owed and what i could do to settle and all that. she told me if i payed 125 dolalrs that they would take care of everything. she said if i got any calls from the company to not answer because once i sent the payment they would be handling everything from then on. She sent me the paper that i needed to sign and i sent my check with it and mailed it out. she said i had to work fast because my court date was coming soon.

she called me a few days later and let me know that they recieved my payment and asked me what type of payment plan i wanted to set up. i told her that i could afford 60 a month so she said i would pay one hundred and something for the first payment and then after that it would be 60 until it was payed off. she told me i could start the following month but i never recieved anything in the mail from them.

i just checked my mail from my mother's house recently and got a letter from the court sayign i lost my case because i didnt show up. and this is waht they were supposed to be handling. i was told i didnt have to go and now all of a sudden the court knows nothing about it. so i looked up their name and found this site which they're name showed up on. and the person had the exact same thing happen to them. i'm not sure where to go from here but i wanted to warn others. i should have looked up their name before i started... hope this helps..
