Festiva Orlando Resort Completely mis-sold our ownership. Festiva have stolen RCI points from us! Orlando, Florida Florida

We are owners at the Celebration World Resort, Florida. We live in the UK. In 2007 we purchased our ownership, at CWR, our RCI points allocation was 79,500 points, annually.

In 2010 we travelled back to the resort and negotiated an upgraded contract, and paid an additional (substantial) amount, our points allocation was increased to 220,000 points, biannually.

in 2012, without any correspondence, prior warning, or explanation to us, our RCI points allocation was reduced to 31,000 points, biannually!!

Additionally, and to add insult to injury, our maintenance fees have increased in 2013, and in 2014.  The explanation given to us is that other owners have not paid their maintenance fees, and therefore we have to suffer the extra costs!! Unbelievable! 

We have tried to resolve the issue regarding our RCI points with Festiva Orlando Resorts over a long period of time, and have got absolutely nowhere.

We have been completely mis-sold on our contract, which has for sure been breached by Festiva, and we have therefore been completely ripped off.  This amounts to stealing.

We cannot book the holidays we would like to, because our RCI Points have been dramatically reduced since 2012 (stolen).

I would be interested to hear from anyone else who is in this terrible position.
