I am a Time share owner at Festiva Orlando Resort ,Orlando Florida since 2001. I am a senior citizen and I no Longer can afford to pay my resorts high  yearly maintenance fees. In 2001 when I purchased time share, I was paying $500.00 yearly fees. In 2015 the resorts yearly maintenance fee is $1,135.00. The owners are forced to pay high maintenance fees because of deliquent accounts from other timeshare owners at the same resort. The resort Association should impose a cap as to how much resorts overall could charge in maintenance fees since they are utilized only once a year for vacations. The Festiva Resort Owners Association ignores complaints regarding high maintenace fees.They are not considerate about financial hardship of their members especially the senior citizen.
